Nürburgring Nordschleife
The Nürburgring Nordschleife is without a doubt the most legendary and demanding circuit in the world. With 154 corners, 300 metres of elevation change and a lap of more than 20 kilometres, every lap is an adventure. The circuit winds through the dense forests of the Eifel and delivers an unrivalled mix of blind crests, fast descents and technical passages. No lap on the Nordschleife is ever the same.
Built between 1925 and 1927, the Nordschleife quickly became the ultimate test track. Jackie Stewart christened it the 'Green Hell' after the 1968 Grand Prix. Although F1 left the circuit after Niki Lauda's accident in 1976, the Nordschleife remained the gold standard for car testing and trackdays.
