Booking
Once your booking has been accepted, a legally binding contract exists between the client and TrackTime.
Price and payment
The full payment, cost price plus any security deposits, must be received at least 7 days prior to the event. In case the payment has not been received 7 days before the trackday TrackTime reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice. For the deposit one can hand over his credit card details and provide TrackTime the permission to make a pre-authorization for the amount of the deposit. Payment in full or part is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions. Your reservation is only completed after full payment has been received.
Your right to cancellation
You may cancel your booking by notifying us in writing or email. In that case we shall refund the booking fees that have been paid as follows:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to trackday: 75% refunded
- Cancellation between 30 and 14 days prior to trackday: 50% refunded
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to trackday: no refund
The above mentioned amounts exclude any third party fees made on your behalf.
Cancellation by TrackTime
If the trackday however, for reasons outside of the will of TrackTime, cannot take place, TrackTime will inform the client as soon as possible. TrackTime is not obliged to provide any form of refund due to an event not occurring. In this case the client can reschedule for another date suitable for both the driver and TrackTime. TrackTime cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the rental agreement due to circumstances out of her control, such as – among others – strikes, occupation, failure of systems, floods, fire, explosions, or accidents. In particular there is no refund ( of travel expenses nor for the rental fee of the race car and/or driver tuition) in the event that the track should be closed due to bad weather or other extraordinary circumstances outside of the control of TrackTime.
TrackTime reserves the right to reschedule the event if insufficient bookings have been made.
Availability
Participants have to be available during the whole course of the day to participate in the activity/event the have booked for. Prior to the event day TrackTime shall send a preliminary begin and end time of the event. However this time is not binding nor definitive. The definitive and final schedule will be given on the day itself.

Rental Agreement
In order to drive a rental car from TrackTime a rental agreement has to be signed by each of the drivers and a security deposit has to be made. The security deposit can either be made via a credit card pre-authorization or in cash. No car will be driven without the signing of the rental agreement.
By paying the booking invoice you agree to the fact that you will have to sign a rental agreement before you will be able to drive.
Duration
Taxi laps: two or three laps according to booking. Except Nurburgring Nordschleife: 1 or two laps according to booking.
Drive a race car with guidance: ca. 1 hour of which ca. 20 self driving.
Race training for beginners: ca. 1.5 hours of which ca. 20 minutes self driving.
Half day is max. 4 hours.
Full day is max. 8 hours.
TrackTime reserves the right to change the duration of an event.
Gift Vouchers
The receiver of a gift voucher has to contact us to set up a date. In case the receiver cannot be present on the agreed date he shall notify us in writing or by email at least 2 weeks prior to trackday to reschedule. In case the receiver is not present at the agreed date the voucher will expire. Gift vouchers are valid for one year, 12 months and nonrefundable.
Maximum height
Our cars are not fit for drivers larger than 1m95. Please take this into consideration prior to booking.
Waiver
Before entering a trackday ( as driver or as passenger) in a TrackTime car you will always be asked to sign a waiver. Without the signing of a waiver you will not be allowed to enter the trackday.
Driving on a racetrack can be dangerous and therefore we ask your attention for the PRACTICAL section on our website. You should read the articles; RULES AND BEHAVIOUR and WAIVERS prior to making any booking. If on the day you fail to comply with these rules you may be unable to enter the trackday/event. In such circumstances TrackTime is not obliged to offer any compensation.
In the case that you enter with your own vehicle: your vehicle as well as your passengers must comply with all the rules imposed by the circuit ( such as noise limits etc. ). TrackTime shall not be obliged to offer any compensation if the circuit refuses you, your vehicle or your passengers onto the track.
Limitation of liability
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to honour or for any delay to your booking that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or flood, fire, explosion or accident. In particular no refunds (either for travel or the cost of the track day) will be given in the event of the track being unfit for use as a result of inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Likewise we shall not be liable if travel delays result in a failure to arrive at the track on time or at all. No refunds (either for travel or the cost of the track day) will be given in the event of you or your vehicle being declared unfit to use the track and you are referred to the trackday organizers with regard to the specific regulations that apply. Vehicles travelling at speed can be dangerous and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damage to any vehicle or other property. Consequently if you are concerned for your vehicle or third party liability you must ensure that it is insured for track use. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the event organized by us.
Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable ( including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you ) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current prices, practical guidelines, rules and behavior, the booking form, your contact details and if applicable the rental contract constitute the entire agreement relating to the supply of the services provided by us to you.
Notices
All notices from you to us must be sent in writing to the following address: TrackTime, Wochterberg 25, 2200 Herentals, Belgium. Notices from us to you will be sent by email or to the post address provided in the booking form.
Applicable law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Belgian Law and the courts in Turnhout shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
