Team Building & Company Days
Not a karting track but real race cars on a real circuit. Your team drives, takes on the other teams in the pit lane during the pitstop challenge and closes the day with hot laps — from 10 to 400 colleagues, fully organised by us.
A team day nobody skips
Team building works when colleagues share an experience they would never organise themselves. A day at Spa-Francorchamps or Zolder does exactly that: the healthy nerves before the first lap, the stories in the paddock, the pitstop times compared all over again during lunch.
The format scales from a department of ten to an entire company of four hundred. Nobody needs experience: our instructors guide every participant, and anyone who prefers not to drive experiences the circuit as a passenger on hot laps.

Arrive & drive for your whole team
You send us the list of participants, we do the rest. On the day itself, all you need to do is arrive on time.

Self-Drive Sessions
Participants drive our race cars themselves in small groups, always with an instructor alongside. Every session ends with a short debrief.
Pitstop Challenge
Teams of four to six colleagues race the clock to change a set of wheels on a real race car. Our mechanic shows how it is done, then the stopwatch takes over. Dividing the tasks, staying calm and gaining tenths together — team building in its purest form, entirely in the pit lane.
Hot Laps to Finish
Hot laps always come at the end of the day: everyone rides along with a professional driver for three laps at the limit. The most spectacular finale you could ask for.
Paddock & BBQ
Finish in the paddock with a BBQ, walking dinner or reception. Room for speeches, a prize ceremony or simply reliving that one corner.
