Team Building at Circuit Zandvoort
The Formula 1 circuit in the dunes, half an hour from Amsterdam. Your team drives our race cars through the Arie Luyendyk corner, takes on their colleagues in the pitstop challenge and finishes with hot laps alongside a racing driver. TrackTime organises the whole day, from cars and instructors to lunch and drinks.
A staff outing that really sticks
Team building works when colleagues share an experience they would never organise themselves. A day at Circuit Zandvoort does exactly that: the healthy nerves before the first lap, the stories in the pit lane and the pitstop times compared all over again during lunch.
Zandvoort is centrally located for companies from the Randstad and easy to reach by train. The format scales from a department of ten to an entire company of four hundred. Nobody needs experience: our instructors guide every participant.

Self-drive on the F1 circuit
Participants drive our race cars themselves in small groups, always with an instructor alongside. Every session ends with a short debrief and their own lap times.
Pitstop challenge
Teams of four to six colleagues race the clock to change a set of wheels on a real race car. Our mechanic shows how it is done, then the stopwatch takes over. Entirely in the pit lane, nothing on track.
Hot laps to finish
Everyone rides alongside a professional racing driver for three laps at the limit, including the banked corner. The most spectacular finale of the day.
Lunch and drinks
Catering at the circuit, or drinks on Zandvoort beach afterwards. Room for speeches and a prize ceremony.
